Chronogram magazine, chronicling life in the Hudson Valley since 1993, is kicking off its events season with The Big Thaw, a Hudson Valley dance party to take place on April 26th in the Dragon Factory on the corner of North Front and Fair Streets in the historic Stockade district of Uptown Kingston.
